Upper King Design District Walk

It’s been boiling hot here in Charleston for the past week, although I saw on the news last night that it is supposed to cool off a bit this week. I am not on this weekend at Midtown, although activity down there remains steady. In addition to the other two properties I mentioned, we have someone very interested in another one.
In October, the Charleston Magazine and Charleston Home Magazine’s Design Walk is going to be kicked off with an Upper King Design District Walk, which should be really cool. We are going to do an event the same night, to try to contribute to the event. It is such a vibrant and original part of town, and the shops and restaurants are so great there, that it is exciting to be part of this project. Midtown will be the residential heart of the area, and the residents will have the advantage of living in the most interesting part of town, in my opinion.
