Mother’s Day Weekend Report
Posted on | May 12, 2008 | No Comments
We had a busy weekend at Midtown, despite the inclement weather. I think a lot of people were out and about for Mother’s Day, so traffic was pretty good. Spoleto and Piccolo Spoleto start up pretty soon, too, so that will add a lot to the amount of people in town.
We went to a new restaurant, Crave, in Mt. Pleasant on Friday night. It is where the Just Fresh used to be at Seaside Farms, near the Isle of Palms connector. They have a great martini list, and some really good appetizers. Some agents from our office actually opened it up, and I hope they do really well, as they are nice people.
We are having a Wine and Cheese happy hour at Midtown on Thursday, and we are having them provide the cheese boards, that come with fresh and dried fruit, flatbreads, and nuts. If you would like to come, we’d love to have you; just soot me an email so we can add you to our headcount. We’ll have photography on display by the local organization, Charleston Kids with Cameras. More on them later.
