More Home Buyers in Early ‘09

It has been a whirlwind of a week. I’ve been doing buyer package after buyer package. I put a very detailed package together for buyers, and I think it is extremely helpful, especially for first time buyers and people who are relocating to the area. These have been predominantly for out of town buyers, who are interested in all price ranges, and in all areas, from Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms, to Mt. Pleasant, Downtown Charleston, West Ashley, James Island, and out to Summerville. I think a lot of people wanted to address these things over the holidays, but it gets so busy that time of year that nobody has much extra time. So, the past week has been great in terms of activity.
We have the 2008 yearly stats, so if you’d like to see those, please let me know. I also have a new Well Priced Home list, that includes the best priced 20% of homes available in each area of our MLS. It’s been great for investors, and also for primary homeowners who really want to buy low. If you’d like me to let you know which homes are on it in the area you are interested on, please let me know, and I’m happy to do so.
