Midtown Model Sold and Prices Reduced

We’ve also sold our model at Midtown. We’re down to 12 left out of 35, and We’ll be moving out of 5 Brewster Ct., and moving into 36 Cannon, which I am excited about. I really like the floor plan at 36 Cannon, and I think it will look fabulous when furnished. For those of who who aren’t on the mailing list for Midtown, we have reduced the prices on all remaining homes from $45,00-$60,000! This is a huge savings and it is working! We have also changed our weekend hours. We are now open on Saturdays from 1-5 pm, and on Sundays by appointment only.
