James Island Home: Listing to Contract in 3 Weeks!

Here’s some good news: I listed a property on James Island, and we got a contract on it within 3 weeks!  Pricing is everything right now, and with prices continuing to decline, it is important to “catch the can”, or, to be priced so that your home will sell before prices decline so much that your home is now overpriced and/or stale on the market.  It worked!
