Exciting News for the New Year

Happy New Year! I am changing my business in an exciting way this year, and I want to share that with all of you! My sister in law (our husbands are brothers), Betsy Hehn Spahr, and I are going to be teaming up from here on out. We’ve been great friends for a very long time, and have decided to combine our business. We play on one another’s strengths, and are excited about the work that our combined energy is going to create. There are many ways in which this will positively impact our clients. You will have the benefit of two full time and dedicated real estate agents working for you. One of us will always be available to assist with your needs, whatever they may be.
Betsy is a very experienced agent with our Summerville office. Since we are in two separate offices and areas of town, our clients have the added benefit of a Realtor network that is doubled in size, and our areas of expertise have doubled as well. We have found that we have even more energy and more fun when we work together, and that is important to us. We think it helps our clients, too; production tends to stay high when morale is high! It can’t be argued that two brains working towards the solution to a problem can be more effective than one. There have been several times when one of us has brought up a point that the other hadn’t thought of, and visa versa. This helps us to make sure that we are finding the very best solution to a given problem, and that absolutely all of the bases have been covered. We closed on 21 homes in 2009, and we hope to help many more people this year!
