Welcome to The Charleston Real Estate Site. My name is Carrie McNelis Spahr, and I am a Charleston local. I grew up on Sullivan’s Island, and come from a real estate family. I have worked in the real estate industry since my first job at the age of 15. I know the areas and the business through and through.
I am very organized and detail oriented, and have a direct, no-nonsense approach to business. My business is based on facts, information, and great relationships, never smoke and mirrors.
